Getting Around on Mac: Location

RadarScope maintains a list of custom user-defined locations for display on the map. To reveal the list, select Locations from the popup menu at the top of the sidebar. To view a location on the map and select the nearest radar, double-tap the location in the list. If you’ve never added a custom location, the list will be empty.

Adding Locations

If you’d like to add a custom location, click Add Location. Type a city name or street address into the search field and hit Return. Click on one of the search results to select it, then click the Add Location button. This process will add the location to your list.

Removing and Reordering Locations

To remove a location from the list, click to select it and hit Delete. To reorder locations within the list, click and drag a location to move it to the desired place in the list.

Editing Locations

Click to select the location you wish to edit. You can then click in the Name, Latitude, and Longitude fields that appear in the view immediately below the list and modify them as needed. When you’re finished editing a field, hit Return or click elsewhere to commit the change.

iCloud Syncing

If you have iCloud syncing enabled for RadarScope, your custom locations will be synced between all macOS and iOS devices using the same iCloud account.
